Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule an appointment using your existing deposit if the appointment is cancelled no later than 2 days prior to the appointment. • If you cancel within 24 hours of an appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and must submit a new deposit at the time of rescheduling. • No call, no show appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and your on-file card will be charged for the full price of the scheduled service(s). • You will receive a 15 minute grace period in case of late arrival.
